Komuello is a South Korean children’s’ shoe brand. Komuello produces and sells high quality and unique shoes for babies, toddlers and for adults as well.

The shoes come from South Korea.

The shoes are 100% designed and produced in South Korea.

You can return/change the shoes within two weeks of purchase (14 days). Send them back to us by post or from a parcel locker. The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original, undamaged packaging. We are unable to accept returns on clearance items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Currently, we do only sell through our online store.

Our products have a two-year warranty that covers defective products. You can send complaints to our customer service.

We offer a wide range of payment methods such as card payments, online banking payments and MobilePay.

We always strive to process an order within a maximum of three business days of the purchase. However, during campaign times or public holidays, processing time might take a little bit longer. We try to always send the product on the same day of the purchase so that the purchase would arrive to the customer the following day. But we cannot give a 100% guarantee on that.

We have a few options of delivery, and the cost will depend on which ever method the customer chooses from.

Matkahuolto- lähellä parcel: 5,50€ (1-3 business days)
Matkahuolto home delivery: 13,50€ (1-3 business days)

Pick-up from our storage (Kalevankatu 12, 00100 Helsinki). Pick-up time to be discussed separately.

If the purchase exceeds 50€ you will get the delivery for free, except for home delivery and international delivery.
